Four ships in the first wave of Sails of Glory were available exclusively to the game backers on Kickstarter: the French frigate La Concorde 1777, the French ship-of-the-line Fougueux 1785, the British frigate HMS Juno 1780, and the British ship-of-the-line HMS Bellerophon 1786. These ship models have unique color schemes not found on any of the regularly produced models.

The Fougueux was a third-rate, Téméraire class 74-gun French ship-of-the-line built in Lorient from 1784 to 1785. She took part in the Expédition d'Irlande in 1796. In 1805, the Fougueux fired the first shot of the Battle of Trafalgar against HMS Royal Sovereign, and later attempted to come to the aid of the Redoutable by engaging HMS Temeraire, being captured. This ship pack can also be used to represent the French ship-of-the-line “Redoutable 1791”.

Each Sails of Glory™ Ship Pack is a ready-to-play model, painted and assembled, 100% compatible with any other Sails of Glory game product.

In each pack you will find all you need to play with the ship: a special base with gaming stats, a ship log and a specific deck of maneuver cards. The ship base, ship card and ship log are printed on two sides – The game data of a second ship is printed on the back.
